seen crew of 3 idiots

On 29th December there was a add in news paper that 3idiots crew will come to
forum value mall at Whitefield Bangalore in evening for promotion of movie.
As it is near to my room, so i thought few people will turnout there and may be i can
get a chance to see aamir khan and others. When i reached there i was surprised to
see that not a single place was left in the mall to stand.
There was some events going on ground floor and peoples are enjoying the evening
and waiting for stars.
Finally after one long hour of wait whole crew of 3idiots except kareena turn up.
They went inside the multiplex and after 30 minute come down on ground floor.
It was a wonderful experience to see aamir khan, madhban and sharman jhoshi.
Aamir khan looks very smart and childish.....

Paa.... amitabh bachchan minus BIG B

Paa is film of Auro not amitabh bachchan, once again he proved that he is not just a actor but he is a living legend of Bollywood. with this movie he once again silence the critics who written him off.
The actor almost unrecognizable. 65 years old playing the role of 13 year old school boy.
Paa is not a informative film on Progeria like Taare Zameen Par that took a serious look at dyslexia, the disorder is just used as a backdrop.
This is Director's (Balki) second film after "cheeni kum". Vidya Balan give a brilliant performance after "parineeta", and done justice with role of single mother perfectly. Abhishek is giving a mature performance but more like a politician not as father of Auro.
Balki usese his dry sense of humour with one liners like Auro called his grandma as bum because she is having big bum. and "google se bach ke kaha jayega" as he searches on google.
The climax will sure leave you with moist eyes.

Bell the Cat with mouse

The first online Common Admission Test (CAT) for the IIMs and other premier management colleges begin with initial hiccups. Its making news for all the wrong reasons.Failure of server, delay, virus attacks etc. Some students having their degree exams too, it must be horrible time for them.
I think students must be given flexibility in when to take the tests. The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) general test, to assess the potential of students seeking admission in universities in the US or other part of world is online and round the year. This test is, however, paper based in a few countries. The GRE subject tests, paper-based worldwide, are held thrice a year. The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) too is computer based. The test is conducted through the year and hence gives students several options from which to choose a convenient date. So is the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). These tests are given 30-50 times a year on pre-determined dates at different centers across the globe.
I think the best way to follow is the best practice (as in software world they say), make it throughout the year, make fewer centers which having good internet/power/technician support.
If students facing problem in metros like Delhi and Bangalore, god knows how they are dealing with other places.

Bombay.....opps....Mumbai

Mumbai needs a makeover. At this moment it resembles with a fading star.
There was a time, when being mumbaikar gave a special edge to a person.
Being India's financial capital and home of Bollywood star made it as a magnet,
but Other city such as Bangalore, Delhi emerges as other option.
All that made Mumbai such a powerful city is fast changing.

I always dream about Mumbai since my childhood. I want to see marine drive and
gateway of India, but now i don't have such desire. There may be lots of
reason behind it, but can't figure out now.

May be a feeling that Mumbai doesn't belongs to me. It is associated with some pride
that I'm not having, because i belong to some other state.

Copenhagen talks

China on Thursday unveiled its first concrete target to curb greenhouse gas emissions, a goal that Premier Wen Jiabao will present at the Copenhagen talks as his government's central commitment.

China plans to reduce its carbon intensity - the amount of carbon dioxide emitted for each unit of gross domestic product (GDP) - 40 to 45 percent by 2020, compared with 2005 levels.

"This is a huge morale booster," said John Hay, spokesman for the Bonn-based UN Climate Change Secretariat, referring to the Chinese target as well as US President Barack Obama’s planned participation.
